You should receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of scheduling.  If you do not please give us a call at (480) 991-2820.  Please note if you do not receive an email you are NOT scheduled.

To use the scheduling system you just need your user id and password from last year.  If you have forgotten your password the scheduling system can email one to you.  If you have not used the system before just click on registration.  Please note this system is only for existing clients.  If you are a new client please call my office so we can find out your needs before you schedule.

Once you are logged in you just select the area for your appointment.  Office means in my office and Zones A-E are different parts of the valley.  If you are requesting a home appointment you will need to CLICK HERE FIRST to look up your zone by zip code.

Once you have made your scheduler selections just advance through the calendar, openings are in white.  Click any open time that is convenient for you.
