You should receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of scheduling.  If you do not please give us a call at (480) 991-2820.  Please note if you do not receive an email you are NOT scheduled.

The SmartHealth days this year are Thursday February 9 and March 8.  The calendar will open to the first available day, however, you can click the plus button or the calendar button to advance to the March 8 date.
