You should receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of scheduling.  If you do not please give us a call at (480) 991-2820.  Please note if you do not receive an email you are NOT scheduled.

The SmartHealth days this year are Thursday February 14 and March 13.  The calendar will open to the first available day, however, you can click the plus button or the calendar button to advance to the March 13 date.
